Canadian's Are Able to Stack Current Offers!

There was a new 'room only' discount that was dropped today for resort stays most dates between May 28, 2017 - Aug 31, 2017.

I went in to check the difference for a friend's trip that I had previously booked and it allowed me both the new, 'Summer Expeditions Await' room-only discount offer plus the Canadian ticket offer!

We previously had a 'Free Quick Service Meal' discount plus the Canadian ticket offer booked and changed it to this new offer + Canadian ticket offer and saved their family of 4 $159US for the exact same trip.

If you already have something booked for this summer you may wish to run the numbers and see if you can save money too!

I'm confused. Couldn't you always buy the discounted tickets and get room discounts anyways?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no.

If you purchased them as 2 different things then yes but they weren't always offered on line to book as one single purchase.

I'm hoping (but not expecting) that if a Free Dining offer comes out, we might be able to take advantage of both offers.

I also noticed something unusual when I clicked the 'add tickets' to this offer. The 'add on's' at the bottom of the offer are the old style of either/or hopper or water parks, rather than the new hopper first then optional water parks on top of that.

If free dining comes out, you will likely have to purchase a package and not be able to use either the Canadian Ticket Discount or the Room only discount. Although nice, Disney does not usually allow stacking of discounts. This one may be the exception because the tickets are non expiring and can be used at any time without the need to purchase a package as would have to be done on a Free Dining Discount.

You could be quite right @Hockeyfan17. I'll keep my eyes open if/when FD comes out and see what's offered and how the numbers add up.

I currently have a FD BB booked for September that was booked during our 2016 stay.

So if free dining is offered, what are yiu hoping yiu can stack with it? I guess my confusion is that fd needs to be a package correct? This is the 1st trip where it's just Dh and I for 4 nights. Looking for our cheapest option with qs dining plan.

I am hoping we will be able to get FD with the discounted Canadian ticket price but realistically I'll be SHOCKED if they offer it! But....until they do/don't I'll continue to hope!
