Canadian tickets and MDE

I just purchased my Canadian Resident tickets!
But I don’t see them in MDE, and am unsure if I need to add them somehow. I was told they won’t ship them to us, that I need to pick them up when I get there. Am I being impatient and just need to wait for them to show up?
Help, I’m confused as to how this works. But super super excited.

When I ordered our tickets online it showed up on my app right away, and then the “certificate” showed up in the mail within a week. We need to show our passports and the certificate at the park and they will exchange it for an actual ticket.

Did you purchase them online and did you attach them to a member of your party?
They should be there in MDE if you did.

No I purchased them via the phone (Disney). I have the confirmation email. Just not sure what to do next.

In that case I would assume once you get them in mail you can just scan into your app or if it is showing you ticket numbers in your confirmation email you may be able to add that way? Sorry, have never ordered that way so I’m clueless, hopefully someone has a better answer for you!

They linked mine for me. I think you have to put the confirmation code into your MDE.
Give that a try. If it doesn't work then you may have to call them.

You need to add your tickets using the Ticket ID in MDE. They sometimes link automatically but maybe not when you buy them by phone.

When we bought Canadian tickets, we didn‘t receive a certificate. We just showed our passports and Magic Bands at a guests services window.

I forget the name exact steps but I had to like the tickets in the app. The number was on the email confirmation.

Along the same lines but different ?? I see our tickets on MDE however it says valid 11/04/2020. That is the last day of our trip does that mean valid from or valid to?

So I called and they should have linked automatically, but hadn’t. They did it for me on the phone very quickly. All set. Thanks for your suggestions.
