Canadian programs - on local Orlando radio stations

Where can I get information as to which radio stations in the Orlando area, have programs directed at Canadians (esp news) - and the times that these programs are scheduled for?

You could always take a shortwave radio and determine when RCI beams broadcasts to the Caribbean. You'd be able to get CBC radio news that way.
