Canadian Passport Question

Ok, so I'm filling out my application to get a passport for our May vacation when I came across the Canadian Government wanting to know my weight. Since "none of your friggin business" didn't fit in the box, I'm assuming they really want to know my weight.

Does this field really show up in your passport? My husbands US passport doesn't have his weight!! I'm hoping this is just top secret government stuff and I won't be reminded of my weight as I open up my passport.

Geesh, I should have filled out my form much sooner - then I would have dropped more weight and still get my passport on time.

No where on your passport is this info printed. Thankfully....

I think it's encoded in the numbers and other letters on the main page. I don't know this for sure just a guess.

i have a question , does your weight on your drivers liscene have to match the passport? why i am asking is i have learners as i dont drive, i know i need to get it lol i am 32, my weight on learners is no where near what i am now

Is this a new thing? We have had passports for about 12 years and I have never recalled the weight question. Maybe I blocked it out too lol

We don't have weight on our drivers licenses!! So, where am I never moving to? LOL

I just renewed my passport and it was a question! So was my hair colour.

Last time I was bleach blonde, now I am dark chocolate brown... I didn't know if they wanted the colour that it was or the colour I was born with?!

Anyway, I dropped about 20 lbs according to my passport application just in case it did show up... and thankfully it didn't. Hopefully now, they can believe that I gained 20 lbs over Christmas if they are checking that closely.

It sucks but i am heavier then what it says
about the hair color question i am putting my natural as my hair is only streaked , but with the kids i am only putting the color but do i have to put if it is dark brown or dirty blond etc,

I was wondering the same thing!! Do they want natural colour or current colour?? I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one lying on my form, I guess I'll wear a couple of pairs of spanx so that I can drop those 20 pounds instantly!!

lol, i am wondering if i will hae to go get a new licence as weight is more then 20lbs difference lol
