just a note about the customs rate....i hear thru a very trusted source that if you are on the west coast, the dutiable exemption is higher. yes, $20 is the standard but I know that it can be as high as $200 if the package coming to you is properly marked. it all depends on the inspector who gets your package. now if its coming from a broker, they are pretty good at keeping with the $20. but if you use standard mail, it can be pretty high amounts you are getting without paying tax and duty.
