On the DxDDP can a child order the steak off the childrens menu-- I know it is $2.00 extra but is that $2.00 included in the DxDDP or will that be an "extra " charge!

Yes. Although I dont know for sure, I had read on another message board that you do NOT have to pay the extra 2 dollars and that is included in the DDP for 2008. (More than 1 person had said this)
