Going for the first time in 27 days, can't wait!...so this may be a silly question, but is it an easy walk from the parks to City Walk and then to the parking garage, or would we be better off going to the parking garage and driving to City Walk...or saving City Walk for a separate day?

Trying to get a feel for how big and spread out everything is.
Thanks a bunch!

You actually walk from the parking garage, thru city walk to get to the parks. You'll see when you get there.
City walk is a bunch of shops, movie theater, and restaurants that turn into clubs at night. They charge the cover fee for the clubs after a certain hour. You can still walk around city walk and check out the restaurants during the day.

Remember to write down where you park. The parking garage is split into different areas (Jurassic Park, King Kong, Spiderman, etc), but they are different levels. It is so easy to forget where you parked.

As you walk through City Walk, Universal Studios is on your right and IOA is straight on.

Universal is to the left and IOA at the far right end. CityWalk is a loop around a body of water.

Hiya :wave2:

Yeap as mention you walk through CityWalk to get to either of the parks. It is the trek from the car park that tires you out, Not park hopping through the day!

Thanks everyone! We'd like to try Finnegans, so we could actually go for dinner on our way out, that's great!

Thanks for the map Jessica, and I will definitely WRITE down our parking spot Trevorsem...even when we make a point of remembering at the other parks, somehow each of us remembers something different, lol.

FYI, Finnegans is located inside of Universal Studios.

Yes. Once you get there you will realize all the parks are right next to eachother, its definietly not like disney where they are all far apart.

Thanks so much!...even better! I thought I read it was at City Walk, well at least I know a little more about what to expect at City Walk.

I am going to Universal for the first time in July and I would like to know if there are shuttles to and from the parking garage? I would also like to know if it is better to eat at CityWalk with my 14, 11, 9 yr old children then eating at the park?

no shuttles as the parking garage is RIGHT behind Citywalk and there are several moving walkways like you see at airports, nice after a long day

It's located right across the street and down a little ways from ROTM. They have really good food! Try the shepherd's pie with cheese....YUMMMMMMM!
