Monday is our "break" day. We are going to DtD in the AM, and in the evening I want to go stroll around the Yacht and Beach Club, have dinner at Beaches and Cream, and if we can, walk over to the Boardwalk. Are they within walking distance? It looks like it on a map, but hard to tell. We are staying at the Contemporary, so am I correct that we will take the monorail to the TTC and get a bus to the Yacht and Beach Club? Thanks!!!!!!

They sure are within walking distance. Probably not more than 10 to 15 minutes even at a slow stroll. Not sure about the transporation as I've only stayed at the Epcot resorts.

It is just a cross the lake! Only about a 5 minute walk.

Another option from the Contemporary to the Beach Club is to take the bus to MGM, then walk over to the boat, which stops at the Boardwalk first, then the YC/BC....Coming back, this option is only good if MGM is still open.......But you could get a cab back from either the BW or YC/BC--I don't think they cost too much, since it's a short ride.

There is not a bus from the TTC to the Epcot Resorts. If MK is still open, you can walk or monorail there and catch a bus. If MGM is still open, you could catch a bus from the Contemporary and then boat or walk to the resorts. Or transfer at Downtown Disney. Or take a cab.

It is a quick walk to BW from YC/BC. You could also catch an Epcot boat to go from YC/BC to BW.
