Can you view/confirm your reservation online?

I thought the CM told me last night that I would be able to view my ressie online, but I just went to DisneyWorld.com and dont see that option. Am I missing something?

you need to sign up (log on) then go to

my disney vacation

retrieve your reservations is one of its choices.

Did you give the CM making your ressie your e-mail address? I received an e-mail the day after I made my July reservation linking me to my trip details. (Sorry, I can't remember if we got this after booking our May trip on-line.)

I've been trying to view my ressie online and have had problems. I've used the service many times, but recently (since Sunday, which was the last attempt to view my ressie in several weeks) i've been getting an error message indicating that i'm entering the wrong confirmation # and/or phone number. I confirmed this info with a c.m. when making a payment this past sunday, but the system is still not letting me view the information. I still get the same error message. Is anyone else experiencing a problem like this?

Even though my family and I got our confirmations for the Contemporary and Polynesian e-mailed and sent to our house by mail, I just decided to check them on the disneyworld.com website and they were both up there.

i can view the "my vacation" section. what i'm trying to view is the balance of my reservation. all of a sudden it's no longer available; as something has been changed/altered and doesn't recognize my ressie # or telephone number; neither have changed.

It sounds like there is a little glitch in the system. Either wait for an hour or so and then go back in to see if you can retrieve that info again, or call Disney directly and see if they still see it. This happened to me a couple of years ago....it was like they lost my ressie but when I called they could still see it. To me, that was all that mattered.

A couple of weeks ago, I increased the number of days on our park hopper tickets from 4 to 5 days. While I called Disney to confirm the updated reservation detailsand $ balance (they confirmed the update), the website is still showing the old information. Maybe it doesn't get updated?

Ours is there. We have made several changes and the changes always show up right after we make them. Their system IS finicky though. It still uses a phone number from several years ago even though we give them the correct one each time we call, which lately has been quite a bit. My husband I were talking about their system the other day. It seems like it would be a lot better than it is since Disney is such a big place. In other resort/hotel reservation systems you can go in and make changes, use your discount codes, etc. Their system seems so old.
