Can you use TIW for the Candelight Processional Package?

We booked the Candelight Processing dining package for our upcoming trip. I am trying to decide if it would be a better deal to add the DP even using 2 TS credits for the CPP. We have AP's so we could get the TIW card. Can you use it on the CPP? I am just trying to run all of the numbers!! Thanks!
