Can you use the app for FP+ entrance?(somewhat urgent)

hello all,

I am at a conference, family went to MK today, forgot their tickets at the hotel. Luckily had them in the app so they were able to sign and get into the park. But will they be able to use the app for FP entrance to rides? Or do I need to run to the hotel and deliver them, etc?

They signed something to enter the park? Perhaps they should go to Guest Relations to get ticket cards if they didn't get something upon entry.

Using the app for FP entry is unusual, and likely to cause confusion each time it is attempted. Depending on the CM, it may or may not work.

Sorry, meant "sign-in" (to the app) but autocorrect "fixed" it. They were able to go to guest relations. Without the paper receipt that had the barcode it took some time to get tickets(they asked for the email but no email had a barcode). One ticket wasn't working so the had to fix that one. A delay of 30-40 minutes but I guess better than ubering back and forth to the hotel etc. thanks all.

Geez, this is what they get for going to MK without you. I bet YOU wouldn't have forgotten the tickets. LOL.

An alternative option, though it will cost a little money, is to just buy them some MagicBands in the park or at Disney Springs. Just plug the number on the back into your MDE account to activate and they should be good to go.

The tickets they got from Guest Services will work for fast pass.
