Can you use multi discount codes at DOLLAR?

I have two codes and I am wondering if I could use these together. The website doesn't let you use two codes like NATIONAL's does. When I put in DL12, which gives you triple Miles for DELTA, I get a much higher rate then if I use the KISS3 rate. Could I get the KISS3 rate and still get the DELTA triple miles?

you cannot combine codes on Dollar, it is one or the other.
National does not really let you combine more than one code.
You can use a contract number from one place, a coupon from another place and it will assign a rate code. Often you shoot yourself in the foot by putting a rate code in.
Sometimes Alamo will let you use a coupon from one place and a rate code from another, but, not often.
Those are the only two places that let you combine.
