Since it's a new restaurant, can you use DDE there? I'm sorry if this has been asked before. Thanks for your help. :)

No. Ragland Road does not accept the DDE card :(. Too bad, because we wanted to try it.

We were there two weeks ago and they accepted our
DDE, our server had to ask/get manager approval, but they gave us the discount. The food/service is fantastic..we are going again this coming weekend.

I had read that they didn't - I didn't end up asking (I do have the card). The food was terrific and was worth it anyway! I'll ask next time - well, next time is Christmas, so it's not available that day. But the next, next time. :)

I had read that they would be accepting the DDE card and then read once they opened that they didn't take it. We were not going to ask, but figured what could it hurt. We just put the DDE card in the bill with our credit card. The waitress looked inside and said "I'll get the manager to process this discount. It'll only take a minute." And it did, only take a minute that is.

When we went in October, we asked for the DDE discount and were told they don't take it. I guess it all depends on what you server knows or how lazy they are. :confused3

When we went in October, they were saying that they didn't choose to be part of DDE after all because they "didn't need to." We went a few weeks ago but didn't bother asking because we had a Clear Channel certificate. If they do start taking DDE, it may give us a reason to go back.

It certainly didn't look like they "didn't need to" to me while we were there. We arrived on a Sunday night about 7:00 - stayed till about 10:00 and saw a total of maybe 10 other tables eating the whole time and only about 15 people total at the bars

When we went a couple of weeks ago, the restaurant was very busy (we arrived at 8:30pm). The night before, they'd had a busy evening also, with a private party along with the regular guests.

I guess some nights are busier than others! I would love if they'd take the DDE card.
