Can you use airport check-in without ME?

We'll be leaving for the airport from AKL and will not be using ME. Can we still print our boarding passes at the hotel?

Yes, you can have boarding passes printed and you can check luggage if your airline participates.

Thanks Tink, That's great news, but I am wondering why you can check your bags on your way home, but if you're not using ME you can't have them take your bags from the airport to your hotel?

What is this service called, and where can I read about it? On the Magic Express portion of the Disneyworld web site is specifically states that you have to ride the bus in order for your luggage to be transported. So this is a different service, right?

From what I've learned, this service, Resort Airline Check-in is separate from Magical Express. There are certain resorts, I know AKL is one, that particpate and certain airlines that participate. You can find out exactly which resorts and which airlines on the the Transportation Board. I know Delta is a participating airline.
