Can You Use a PIN Code & Book w/a Travel Agent?

We have a relative who is a travel agent and we always like to book everything thru her. We received a 20/30/40 PIN code. I know the discount is only on the room portion, but can we add park hopper tix and the dining plan and book it as a package with our travel agent? Also, some friends may want to go along with us, so can we book 2 rooms at the discount rate? Thanks for any help you can share!

When I got my PIN I called WDW to check the info on it. One of my questions was can I give it to my travel agent and can she book everything for us. Unfortunately I was told that I could not give it to my travel agent. I was told by 2 different people that I had to use the PIN myself. My agent was not to happy with this, but I got a way better deal with WDW then what my agent could give me:

I gave the pin to my Dreams Unlimited travel agent, and she booked it. No problems. We booked 3 rooms. Note: they were all under my name so I was responsible for paying the deposit for all 3.

I got a PIN and emailed it on to our TA and she booked it for us. NO problems......

To answer all of your questions YES!!!

You can book it through your TA.
You can book up to 3 rooms (so long as you are at least one of the people traveling!).
You can add park tickets & dining.

I've currently got my PIN booked with 3 rooms for myself & two friends. We all have tics & dining added, and I booked it via the TA line, as a TA.

I emailed my pincode to my TA and got greater savings on a moderate with the 30% discount than the other offer I received (buy 5 get 2). I was able to add tickets and could've added the DDP but decided not to.
