Can you use a kid club as long as you are staying at a Disney hotel?

For example, if I am staying at the Contemporary (Bay Lake Towers since we are DVC members), could my child attend Simba's Clubhouse at Animal Kingdom Lodge?

I believe they are open to everyone. Orlando natives also use them. There was a great blog about a girl named Zoe--she and her mom reviewed all the kids clubs on property. I'll try to find it, but you should be able to just google it.

As the pp said, you don't even have to stay at a Disney resort to use the Kids' Clubs.
