Can you use a coupon with Emerald Aisle?

Newbie here, with what is probably a dumb question. But I've searched and didn't see this answered.

If I book with National and go through the Emerald Aisle, can I still use an online coupon?

Or does using a coupon mean you have to go to the counter?

You definitely can. There are several ways to combine discount codes and coupons listed on mousesavers.com. We have always found the best deal doing this, just keep trying different codes & coupon combinations. Also check the prices even after you book as sometimes they go down. There are also printable coupons on the National website now for use.

Just give the coupon to the attendant as you drive out, when you give your credit card, etc. We love National Emerald Aisle but have not found as good rates there lately as we have from Alamo. Hard to figure, since they are the same company. We have even been told to take National cars when we have booked through Alamo!

You only have to go to the counter if you have an UPGRADE coupon or if you rent a car seat.

It's one of the great benefits of Emerald Club.

I agree. We're going in August and got an awesome rate on an SUV through Alamo. I prefer National and Emerald Reserve but at the rate I am getting from Alamo I guess I'll deal.
