my current travel agent is bordering on incompetent , is it possible to transfer an OBB to a different agency ? Appreciate any feedback , thank you

Once you have passed the 30-day mark, you cannot transfer the reservation. If you are truly having significant issues with your TA, you could probably ask to have the reservation returned back to you, but the TA would have to be amenable which can be a challenge. However, you would not be able to pass it along to another TA unless you are still within the 30-day period. So sorry you have have difficulties with your TA.

Enjoy your cruise!

I believe you have to ask for that agent to be "released" and fill out a form to that effect. Whether the TA would do that is another issue. Contact the office manager and say that you are unhappy and want to leave.

If you are in the 30 day window and want it removed from the agency and the TA, the original agency would need to send a letter on their company letterhead to DCL along with the Booking Transfer request form allowing the transfer to take place back to either Disney or another agent/agency.
The original agency "owns" that booking and thus permission must be granted that way.
A simple transfer request form will not do the trick. And the client calling Disney will not do the trick either. Once it is booked and given to an agency and agent, it is theirs.

Your other option is to cancel the booking, but you will lose the OBC discount and OBC when you go to rebook.
