I have read that you can trade up your parkhopper passes for AP, but can you trade up a 10 day world pass for an AP?

How much would it be or who would i call to find out?

Wait for confirmation from GoldenOldie, BUT I believe:

You can always use credit from unused admission for tickets that are higher in value.

I don't know what a 10 day world pass costs, but long as an annual pass costs more, you should be able to do so.

If the 10 day world pass is unused, you would upgrade the ticket. You'd get full credit for what you paid for the pass.

If you've used it, you will receive a prorated dollar credit towards an Annual Pass.

Might be correct, might not. ;)

Disney only sells this ticket direct to the public internationally. If you live overseas and buy it directly from Disney, Dan's statement is true.

But if you are in the U.S.A., Disney does not sell this ticket to the public so you must buy it from a ticket wholesaler. You will receive credit for it at the wholsesale price the ticket agent paid to Disney.

True again.

What is a 10 day pass? Can only international guests purchase this ticket? If not, where can I find out about buying one and does anyone know the cost for adult and child?

Sorry for all the questions.

Melanie

Well I'll be a son of a monkey's uncle if one little word muddles everything in Disneyspeak. :)

May I alter my statement to read:

You'd get full credit for what WAS paid (as in directly to Disney) for the pass.

That's what I meant.

I swear. :teeth:

You're just realizing that? ;)

It's more than a one word difference, Dan. The amount the person paid for the ticket will probably by $10-15 higher than the credit that Disney will give them for it. That needs to be explained in a couple of sentences, not just one little word. :cool2:

uh huh, right.

Semantically speaking it's still only one word!!!

I SWEAR it!!!

I'll prove I know what I'm talking about!!!
