not that i know of - only the codes...
actually i was thinking about this the other day and i think that you should be able to trade rooms. would be so cool.

This has been brought up before. When Yavn answered about trading rooms, he said at the time that the program would not support it.

But, that's been at least a year ago. I have always wished that we could trade rooms. At least they did give us the option of selling a room.
