Can you tell me everything you know about the WWOHP expansion?

On the subject of the size of the new area....Why do you think the WWOHP was built so small? Are there any plans to expand that area?

My understanding is that JKR wanted it to have the feel of an authentic old English town which requires it to be small. Based on that info I can't see them expanding this area and I would think Diagon Alley would be similarly sized/spaced.
