Can you tell me a little about OKW? Any pics?

My family will be staying at OKW for the first time in April 2008. Our DVC resort is Saratoga which we love but we are going to try OKW for the first time.

We have 16 month old twin daughters going so we would love to see any pics of the kiddie pool area if you have them. We would also love to see any other pics that anyone may have. Also, share what you like/dislike about the place. Thanks!

Congrats on the upcoming vacation. I've never been to OKW so I can't comment but have you checked. www.allears.net for pics and this board has some as well. Also try to do a search on this forum. Good luck.

I have actually stayed at both and I since you obviously like SSR, you will definitely like OKW. OKW rooms are much more spacious than any of the DVC resorts. The studio has two queens instead of a pullout and a queen. Since they were the first DVC, the grounds are lush and mature and it really has a tropical feel. I have dined at Olivia's and enjoyed it. You can take a boat to DTD and it takes you pat the treehouse villas along the water - it is a very nice ride. The main pool was redone recently so it should be terrific for the little ones. I actually like OKW better than SSR as I feel it has a more cozy feel, whereas SSR to me is more spread out. Have a great vacation.
