Can you take food and drinks into the shops?

I'm a slow drinker. If I get a Margarita in the Mexico pavilion, can I walk around with it and take it into the shops? Or is that a no no like it is around here?

Yes you can, I've walked into just about every shop in WS with either a beer, glass of wine or some other beverage in my hand.
