I agree with you 100% , unless (giving her the benefit of the doubt) she is on vacation.

Well, all things point to that she is ignoring your message, but, unless an emergency came up and she is not in. (I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt, maybe to much). Only thing else you can do is call someone else. I wish I had better advice. Good luck, though.
