Can you switch from room only to package?

If we decide next week to switch over to the 4/3 package deal (if available), can we transfer the $1,000 we have already put down on our room only reservation?

Usually not a problem, but the CM might have to call Guest Services while you are on the phone to do it.

No. If you change from a room only to a package, the room only will be cancelled and a new reservation made. You will need to pay a new deposit and anything that was paid on the room only will be refunded. They are unable to move the money from a room only to a package reservation.

Normally the $200 deposit is due when you are booking the package, balance due in full 45 days before check in...but I think they may do a 7 day courtesy hold..but I am not 100%.

No you cant. The room only has to be cancelled and refunded and the package will be made new. Youll need a $200 deposit and full payment at the 45 day mark
