Can you swap a TS for a CS?

Anyone know, in case the TS winds up being painful with small children, can you down grade it to a CS? Worst case scenario..

I remember reading on the boards somewhere that they will allow you to use TS credits for CS meals. It just doesn't work the other way around.

I'm quite sure they'll let you. You'd be losing money and they'd be making more. The way to get your money's worth out of the plan is to use your TS meals to the fullest. If not, it's like trading a potentially $60 meal for a $12 one. I wouldn't do it even if you have to use it on just a character buffet meal, it's worth it to keep it IMO.
