Can you still upgrade the Free Quick Service to full for $10pp?

I see the new pin codes are giving free qs for moderates and full for deluxe this year. Can we still upgrade the qs like last year for the moderate stay?

I have no idea which PIN code I had but it was for free dining and they told me it was $13 to upgrade it from QS to TS. However this is for a July trip and perhaps there is that special "holiday" upcharge Disney puts on things at busy times.

Yes, it's $13 for holidays including most of the summer. Only about $1 more for kids 9 and under.

YEP I upgraded ours to the regular & then upgraded again to the DELUXE

Yes, we upgraded ours. $12.99 per adult and $1 per child.
