I loved those things (too much) on our last cruise. I read they stopped having them for awhile, then got them back. Haven't heard anything in a long time. Does anyone know if they still serve them?

I was on the fantasy over xmas and my DS got a Mickey Bar every night from room service.

I cruised Jan 15-20 on the Magic and had a Mickey bar from room service

've got my 4.5 year old DGD all pumped up about Mickey Bars....if they stop 'em, SHE, personally, will lead the email campaign a la AHOD>

I've always wondered about this... how long does it take to get a Mickey Bar from room service? I few times I have wanted one mid-afternoon but didn't want to wait in my room for an hour for room service.

Wait time really varies depending on how busy they are. I have gotten them within a few minutes and I have waited a half hour for them

This is what our oldest DD is most excited about on the cruise, lol

This and the sports simulator

In our experience, the wait times varied. As short as 10 mins, as long as 35 mins. The Mickey bars were never melting though.

I am not a big eater so I'm not really excited for all the meals on the ship... but the Mickey bars? Yes. Yes, please!

My experience is that room service takes about 10-20 minutes, but it could be longer if they are really busy.

You can also get them at dinner for dessert

Yep, that was me on the Fantasy earlier this month. Every night no matter what fancy , schmancy desserts were on the menu I ordered a Mickey bar. Kinda became a running joke with our wait staff. The kids on the other hand ordered every else BUT the bars. Aw man, those things. Someone suggested ordering them from room service and a couple of the big cookies to make a deluxe ice:Pcream cookie sandwich. Now that's a diet buster!

Mmmm...cookies. I forgot about those.

Me too! Now, if we could only find a way to make DCL let us enroll in the kids club activities. pirate::bored::drive:

Have you sailed on one of the longer cruise itineraries with several sea days (e.g. Transatlantic, Panama, Hawaii)?

They've offered adult exclusive open house hours in the Oceaneers Club and Lab at night (around 11pm). I've been to adult-only sessions of Flubber, Volcanoes, Royal Princess Ball, Avengers Academy, 4th Pig's Pasta Palace, and Piston Cup Challenge.

Yes, we ordered them via room service on the Magic a few weeks ago. Didn't look for them in the room service menu, so I don't know if they were on that. Just called & requested them, and they arrived with no problem. We did not sail concierge, fyi.
