Can you still call and order merchandise?

So I missed out on the 30% sale from ShopDisney for the Dooney bags. I wanted the Park Life tote and when I went to purchase, they were sold out. Am I able to call Disney merchandise anymore and order it to be sent to me? My birthday is Monday and I was going to buy myself some workout clothes but let’s be honest here! Disney always wins!

I know they paused phone orders due to the closure, but just give them a call Monday to see if they've started it back up. Pending on availability (and if they're doing phone orders again), they should be able to ship it out to you. Happy early birthday!
