Can you still bring in plastic bottle drinks

Last 4th of July we spent at WDW.

We would freeze about a six pack of powerade or gatorade and drink during the day as it defrosted.

Question??

Do the parks still let you bring in a knapsack with your own drinks?????

Yup! No problem! We were there 2 weeks ago, and we brought drinks with us everyday....with never a moment's notice.

My personal opinion about the security at Disney is that it is set up to make those going in feel "safe". The guards look into your bag (speed things up by having your bag unzipped and easy to look into.) I never saw any questioning about items that were being brought in.
And I saw no people being "checked out"....frankly, I was surprised that there were no metal detectors....

So, don't worry about food or drinks. People were carrying tons of stuff without a problem!

We were there about a month ago with no problems bringing in drinks either. The security guy looked in my bag then waved me on.

I did see a security guard throw away some beer at MK! REALLY! However, the people in front of the beer toting dude had an entire basket of stuff big bags of chips, 2 liter drinks, package of oreos etc. and the guard just helped them repack it!
