can you share a prix fix dinner?

we have family members who always share a meal, whether it be steak or pasta etc. if the restaurant is only Prix fix ( like cali grill & space 220) will they allow sharing?

They will allow sharing but you will get charged per person on the prix fix menu regardless.

I recommend going for the lounge at both CA Grill and Space 220. You can order what you want and share without worrying about the per person pricing.

I suspect they will let you share the meal and charge you for 2 meals. So no, not worth it.

Yeah, this is a major reason restaurants do this and why its becoming more prevalent on property. They aren't in the business of losing money by seating ppl who order less/nothing over others. Sucks for consumers, but this is a case I can kind of understand on the business part. It was getting extremely prevalent in terms of consumer behavior. Especially at popular places.

On the flip side, lounges and bars attached to restaurants are a great option for ppl who don't want the full meal. They are just harder to get into (depending on location)

where would a menu be for CA grill lounge? is it also wait in line or can you be put on a list?

I see some websites talking about going there to watch Enchantment but per Disney's site it appears the Lounge is "not there" which makes sense with the prix fixe menu happening for 50th. It does not show up under Lounges nor is there a menu with CG page.

When it is open it can be difficult to get in because of the access to fireworks viewing. It's not a huge space.

It’s a wait in line for cA grill. Just show up at the second floor check-in desk and ask there. Menu is online.

Space 220 had a 4 person standby lounge line at 2:30pm on Monday Oct 11. It started raining heavily and the line jumped to 20 people in 3 minutes. We got in the restaurant in 10 minutes.

CA Grill we had a 6:05pm ADR on Oct 14th. Ran a little late and got there at 6:15pm. We got seated at 6:22pm. Lounge Had 4 people at 7:10pm when I went by. When we left at 7:40pm it was completely full and had a waiting list of people hoping to get upstairs for fireworks viewing.
