Can you see the fireworks/parade from Crystal Palace???

I did a search but could not find anything. My dad had trouble walking because of back problems but we would really like to make it through the day to see fireworks and the parade. Last year we had big problems because it was too much for him and our party got seperated. Anyway, I am trying to plan better and I though this may be an option for him to sit in a/c while I was outside with the kids.

If Crystal Palace doesn't work, does anyone have any ideas of a good location for this?

You might be able to see them from there, but not very well and he would have to have a window seat. I can't think of anywhere indoors with AC that he could sit and see them. What about Frontierland or Liberty Square? There are some porches there with rocking chairs where he could sit if you got there early enough. No AC, but at least he would be more comfortable

I would say he couldn't see the parade from the Crystal Palace because it is too far away. The fireworks might be more feasible but I am not sure they are always open during them. Another location might be the covered area by the Main Street Train Station. They have seat up there if you can get there early enough but it isn't air conditioned. They might have ceiling fans but I don't remember.
