Thanks to Carmel and recomendations made to her :goodvibes I've decided to get an early start on putting a plan of my own together.

With shorter park hours the first couple of days and the candlelight processional on Sat, I wasn't able to us all of the info the experts gave to Carmel. Plus we only have 1 MM... I know I know, next time GAT :rotfl:

I have a rough outline and would appreciate help with any modifications I should make. Thanks!!!

Attendees: Me, DD (4), Gandma and Grandpa (mid-50s)

Wed Dec 3 – arrival mid-day
- Main Street: City Hall (request ride on Lilly Belle), Silhouettes
- Snack: BB Desert
- PFF ( depending on line … how late does this run???)
- Christmas Parade (6:30)
- Dinner: DTD (?)

Thu Dec 4 – MM (9:00am)
- FP Space Mt
- Fantasyland w/ PP and Dumbo 1st
- Matterhorn (if open)
- FP Buzz
- Nemo? (really depends on line)
- IASW
- PFF – 10:30am
- ToonTown
- Big Thunder Ranch (for cookies and Santa!)
- FP BTMRR
- Pirates Lair depending on what time it is
- Lunch: Carnation Café (PS 1:00 ish?)
- Rest at Hotel – back in park by 4:00pm
- Train to NOS
- NOS – all
- Dinner: French Market
- Indy?
- Jungle Cruise after dark
- Fireworks?… maybe try to get on Storybook??
- Innoventions
- Star Tours
- Buzz
- Space Mt … umm is it already 8pm??

Fri Dec 5 – DCA
- Breakfast: Lilo and Stitch (7:45 or 8:00)
- 9:30 FP Soarin’
- FP GRR at 10:00
- FP ToT
- Monster’s Inc
- Aladdin (?)
- Turtle Talk
- FP Screamin’
- TSM
- Lunch: corn dogs??
- Get Potatohead parts
- Rest at Hotel – back by 3:30
- Bugs Land and right side of park
- Dinner: ?
- ELP
- DL Fireworks… and F! ?
- Autopia

DCA is kind of a mess… I’m just not satisfied with the plan at all.

Sat Dec 6 – DL (CP day)
- Advertureland and Beyond and posted by Bumbershoot (thank you!)
- FP Indy and Splash
- Lunch: Billy Hill
- Rest at Hotel – plan to get back by 2? Not sure from here due to CP. Will we be able to get back in? I hear Main Street is so crowded there is no leaving or getting in. I’d like to see it if possible, or find a bench and at least be able to hear it. If not, the plan is to go back to DCA

Sunday is our shopping day and we drive home.

It looks like I've got a lot of stuff repeating ( like NOS  ) I wouldn't mind a more leisurely pace!

Ok, now work your magic! :wizard:

It looks busy! Maybe I missed it but I noticed you had a four year-old, would she like to see the playhouse disney show?

sounds good:thumbsup2 I always get a kick out of looking at things like this...entire days being planned out to the minute...because once you are there, I guarantee 95% of it wont be followed through:rotfl2: but its so amusing to see someone try

Duh. How could I miss that? She'd kill me!

:lmao:
I swear I didn't mean for it to be minute by minute.. Snowballs, ya know? :confused3

I'm so anxious not to miss anything... Is there a cure?

One thing that needs to be fixed is that you can not get FPs during MM. So on Thursday you can't get a Space or BLAB FP until after the MM is done. Also you will not want to ride Nemo at the place where you have it right now. Try later in the evening. I also do not see Toy Story Midway Mania on your list?

Dec 4- Santa, cookies, PFF and Pirate's Lair before lunch plus the other rides might be a stretch. As I recall, the ranch did not open until 10:00 and there was a long line for the big guy and the cookies will take 15-30 minutes

Be prepared, be flexible. That's my motto.

btw-My dear boy got one whif of the reindeers in Big Thunder Ranch and we were all done there. It really saved us some time though!

I notice Indiana Jones (I'm assuming the ride, and not the small show) & Aladdin both have "?" next to them, not really sure what that means but in my opinion they are both a must. Indy not so much if you are traveling with younger kids - like toddler age, but for sure you'll want to see Aladdin if you have never seen it.

Not sure what the schedule will be like when you go, but I would try to see both the fireworks & Fantasmic. The fireworks show is an absolute must!, and please research where to best view the show before going, definitely not something you can experience from just any ol' spot.

And about the Jungle Cruise at night :sad2: , just my opinion but night seems like the worst time to go. Its better appreciated during daylight, don't they just shine everything with the boat's spotlight?

I'm surprised that I've never seen anyone recommend the musical chairs game, run by the Mad Hatter with Alice and sometimes other characters. It's at 2:30 every day at Coke Corner or the Plaza Inn.
