can you return on same day to TL or BB

After reading the responses about the water parks, I'm thinking about changing my plans. We were planning on going early and leaving about 4 to get ready for dinner. If we can leave and return, maybe will do lunch instead when the crowds are largest. We are planning a day at TL and a day at BB. Do they have showers at BB and TL? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. We do Disney almost every year, but we have never done the waterparks. Thanks!!

You can leave one park and return to the same one on the same day.
There are showers in the parks as well.
