Can you Reserve/Rent any DVC properties for Private Functions?

I think the community hall at OKW has been reserved for a private party - but not recently....

There are places all over the parks that you can rent for private functions. Most have food and beverage minimums between $1,500 to $5,000. Some of these include; the Members Attic at the Boardwalk, Atlantic Dance Hall, Ariels at the Beach Club, there are two private rooms at the California Grill; There are also private Illuminations parties starting at $17.50 per person plus viewing fee of $12.50 for those without park tickets, fantasmic parties and so on. My husband and I were married at WDW Wedding Pavillion last year and had a private reception at the UK Upper during Illuminations. VB, although not on WDW grounds, has space for rent. We used the Seagrape Room for our parents 50th wedding anniversary party this winter. The VB staff did a great job and the food was wonderful.

members could "book" the room at BCV that has the doors and the large TV...not the room that you can go through to the pool...know which one I mean?

The Solarium at the Beach Club is a beautiful space as well...

I don't know if you can reserve them but we used the room at BCV with the doors and the big tv twice for our recent family reunion. We had pizza delivered in there one night and another night we just hung out and played cards. Nobody seemed to mind and most of the week we were there the room was empty.

Grand Villas have been used for parties and for weddings. If you are interested in holding some type of function, ask to speak to WDW catering and they will tell you your options for other areas like the gazebo on the boardwalk or The Attic. As noted, none of them will be inexpensive.
