Can you request Kona bread at lunch?

I've read that they don't normally serve the bread with macadamia nut butter at Kona Cafe during lunch, but that is the only time we can go!

Has anyone requested the bread during lunch and received it?

Sorry, we always eat at Kona for dinner so I can't tell you.

However, I can definitely vouch for the bread as my kids and I love it. This year with no appetizers on the Dining Plan I am definitely planning to see if we can swing two loaves of the bread.
