My daughter is 6 years old. She is too big for a standard stroller. What I have read here is that SeaWorld is huge. I am worried about her getting to tired. Do they rent strollers like the ones at Disney (bigger)? thanks!

They do rent strollers, but (IMO) I can't imagine a typical 6 year old tiring out at Sea World. There are lots of shows, so there are plenty of times to get a break. There is just not as much standing in line like there is at Disney. Also, I don't think the park is all that big (and I'm old, fat and out of shape).

They do rent them. I don't remember what a single was..... we rented a double stroller last year for my kids 4 and 2 at the time and it was definitely worth the $$ in my opinion. The double was $19.99/day.... expensive but still cheaper than Disney LOL!

The single stroller rental runs around $13/day and will hold a child up to 50 pounds.

SW's description: "Our deluxe single strollers can easily hold diaper bags, packages, toys, souvenirs and other travel items. Your child will ride in comfort too with the retractable sun shade which provides shelter from too much sun exposure. And rest assured that all our strollers are equipped with safety straps for secure little passengers."

I put my kids, age 7and 9 in the double stroller. Keeps the sun off them and makes the trip more enjoyable in my opinion. The 9 year old did not use it much, but she did at times. I don't care that people don't think I should use them, I take my kids by myself to Florida and do whatever works best for us. The double is a nice size, similar to disney's.

I love their strollers they are awesome but i don't think you will need one. I have a 6 year old and 4 year old and we have passes to sea world they rarely use the stroller because of all the sitting time in the shows. The typically want to run after the shows to the next exhibit.

My DD will be 7 on our next trip, but currently only weighs 45lbs. She is very tall, but also very thin. I bring our collapsable stroller from home. You know your child best, so you need to make the decision. My daughter doesn't do well in the sun and heat, so I know if I can keep herout of it as much as possible she will do better. My DH doesn't normally go with us and I would rather have her comfy in a stroller than cranky and wanting to be carried out at the end of the day.
