Can you recommend your stroller fan?

Or other ways of keeping your toddler cool? We have a 2 year old son that is a "runner", so he will likely be spending a good amount of time in his stroller..... :headache:

I got our fan at CVS that is battery operated and clips on to the stroller. The blades are a thick soft flexible foam so no issues with the little ones grabbing the blade. It was a couple years ago and it was about $7 if I recall correctly. I know they had them last summer too as when I saw it, it brought back memories of Disney. We were hot and sweaty but so thankful for that little fan.:-)

Each of my kids have their own disney spray fan. I refuse to carry another one since we'd have to put it away to fold the stroller. If they sleep, I'll turn on the spray fan and tuck it between their legs :)

I may take a look at CVS to look for a clip fan. But it'll be for me while I'm pushing the dang heavy stroller!

I got a nice clip on one with foam blades from Bed Bath & Beyond a few weeks ago on their website. It works great, if I can get my 10 month old to stop playing with it.
It was $11.99

I got a clip on fan with soft blades for $5 at walmart in the baby section!!

We also used the cool towels, I'm
Not sure of the exact name but I got them at home depot. You snap them and they stay cool without being sopping wet!

We don't like the foam ones they don't blow hard enough.

We like this one we got a few years ago.

I bought mine from Buy Buy Baby. Got it for $1.99 from their summer clearance a few years ago. I looked and the new version doesn't have great ratings online but I would give it a try and return it if you don't like it. I never had any luck with any of the foam ones pushing enough air to cool you. This one is all plastic and spins so fast it blows really well and the cage keeps little fingers out.

The Disney spray fans were a huge flop for us last year. They leaked, our kids wanted to keep spraying themselves, and they were repeatedly tossed out of the stroller...total waste of $40! We did put the fan between their legs, but very little air seemed to make it to their faces. We ended up leaving them at the resort room after the second day.

BUT, the surprise favorite item for all of us was Frog Togg Chilly Towels! My toddlers LOVED them! I wet them every time we went to the restroom and/or did a diaper change. They aren't freezing cold, but they are much cooler than the FL temps and were worth the money spent! Don't buy white though. I did and they were filthy by the end of the trip. I chose white because I had heard they faded onto clothing. This year, I'm buying colored ones and washing them a time or two before we leave for our trip.
