Thank you for the comments. DH has just booked Sunray via their web, and received a prompt email confirmation.

questions for Sunray customers:

1. We booked 3 trips with sunray (MCO -> WDW -> DCL -> WDW). The email confirmation from Sunray is quite short and only mentioned they will meet as at airport baggage area. Do we have to confirm the other trips with the driver , or better email them?

2. I know that the driver will hold a sign at the airport to greet us. How about at Hotel? Will they greet us at main lobby? I just doubted if it is weird to hold a sign at hotel lobby

3. Does Sunray ever "call" you in advance to confirm the pick-up? I plan to get a pre-paid cell phone number in Orlando and will not be available until day 2 or day 3. Shall I call them to give that number?

Here are some answers:

1. Sunray has never confirmed with me. The driver always confirms the remaining parts of you trip before they drop you at the resort. They will also give you a business card that serves as your receipt. On it will also list your pick up time.

2. Sunray has always been waiting for me at the resort. They do stay with the car (I think they have to), so they don't come into the lobby. One member of our party always waits outside. I have always had either Bob or Roger so I recognize them. You may want to email them to see what the procedure would be. Or even ask when you are being dropped at the resort.

3. The only time Sunray called me was to let me know that they knew that my flight was arriving early, so my driver may not be waiting. I got the message when I got off the plane, but a Sunray driver was waiting anyway.

Just got back. Used Happy Limo again as recommended by the Mousesaver's site. Great, reliable service again.
