Can you purchase TIW card at Vero Beach?

We will be staying at Disney's Vero Beach for 3 nights prior to our stay at GFV. Does anyone know if I can purchase the TIW card at Vero Beach? (I understand you can use it at the restaurants there).

TIW is a TLA that I am not familiar with. Can you explain what it is? Maybe they should add it to the Abbreviations post under "Welcome to the DIS".

TIW = Tables in Wonderland. It is a card you can purchase which gives discounts at select Disney table service restaurants. http://tablesinwonderland.com

OP - according to the site above, it can only be purchased at Guest Relations @ WDW unless you are a Florida Resident or Annual pass holder, in which case it can be purchased over the phone . Below is the blub from the site

How to Purchase:

• If you are a Disney Vacation Club Member, visit any Guest Relations location at a Walt Disney World® Theme Park or Downtown Disney® area to purchase your Tables in Wonderland membership. Please present your Photo ID and your DVC Membership Card.

• If you are a Florida Resident or Annual / Seasonal Passholder, visit any Guest Relations location at a Walt Disney World® Theme Park or Downtown Disney® Area to purchase your Tables in Wonderland membership. Florida Residents and Annual / Seasonal Passholders may also purchase over the phone. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery when purchasing by phone.

Yes, thank you. TIW looks like a break-even when it's my wife and I, but goes positive if we have guests.
