Can you purchase souvenier CRT or LTT mugs without eating there?

I was wondering if one can just walk into CRT or LTT and purchase the souvenier mugs they have for sale, if you don't plan to eat there? I saw pics of them on the food porn thread, and would love to pick them up for my collection, so I thought I'd ask here.
