Can you purchase DDE card on site?

I'm sure this has been answered but just curious about the latest...can you purchase a DDE card on-site or must it be over the fax/phone? Or for instance, If I purchase on the phone today can I pick it up at Guest Relations tomorrow??

I purchased my current DDE at guest relations at EPCOT. I did not call in advance-- I just gave them my AP and ID and they printed out the card right there. Once it was my turn, it only took about 5 minutes total to pay and get the card. I am referring to the guest relations to the left of and up the hill from spaceship earth. If there is a new policy I am not aware of it. Did something change?

I also bought my DDE onsite at the ticket window at MK in Aug. so nothings changed. You can purchase it anywhere tickets are sold in the World but I do not believe it can be purchased from a resort. Someone will let you know if they got it there.

The CM at French Quarter didn't even know what I meant..
You can purchase it at any guest relations...I used Disney dollars from Visa..

We bought our passes at the local AAA office and I wanted to go ahead and get the DDE too but they told me to purchase it at any guest relations booth once I arrive.

I hope it's not a big deal.

a DDE card at the Guest Relations locations in the parks or in DTD.

You can also get it at the back gate (international gateway) of epcot. We got ours there back in December and my parents got their card there in May.

where is the guest relations at DTD? I was thinking of getting our DDE there later this month.
