Can you pull up ADR's online that were made over the phone

I made all our ressies Tuesday morning for our upcoming trip. The CM, who was great - very helpful and patient - by the way, said I should be able to type in the confirmation numbers and have them pull up online.

I've tried and it's not working. The only ones I can see are the 3 I made online before the phone system was up that morning.

On the right hand side of the screen, on the page where you see the 3 reservations you made online, it says something like "don't see all your reservations?" Click that link, and they'll be a place to type in the confirmation number and the phone number you gave them when you made the reservation.

If you didnt' give them a phone number, they sometimes just use the phone number that's attached to your package.

However, you will need to pull the reservations manually like that everytime you want to look at them. They won't just pop into your reservation like online reservations. I think they should fix that up for us. Would be soo much easieer

And, I agree, there should be a way to import those reservations into your account, once you bring them up manually. I don't see how that should be difficult.

It's such a pain IMO. I am actually rebooking my reservations as my dates become available because it's driving me insane to not be able to see them. I'm a visual person and need to see in order to plan things around it plus with triplets and 2 jobs, I don't have 15 minutes everytime to pull up all the reservations

Thanks for your responses. I had tried over and over again by entering the confirmation numbers and telephone number but it still wouldn't pull them up. I got a little worried so I called Disney Dining and checked on one the ADR's I had. It existed, so I asked why I wasn't able to pull them up online. He didn't have an answer. I double checked the hotel reservation information and phone number and this is where we discovered the issue. Some random Florida phone number had been associated with my dining reservations. I live in Texas and didn't even know where the phone number had come from until I looked up the area code online.

So, I have finally been able to pull up my ressies online with the number he gave me (not mine). The birthday celebrations associated with some of the ADR's are messed up so I just don't trust them.

I have remade all my ressies (got everything within 5 minutes of the original times) online so that I can look them up and have peace of mind about the information in them. I will cancel the other ressies I made on the phone.

We made all our reservations by phone, and they all appeared online in the "my reservations" section on the web within an hour or so. Even our V&A chef's table reservation, CRT and the dinner shows. We never had to type in any confirmation #'s. It is a shame Disney's website is so screwy. You would think with all the stuff they can accomplish in the parks they could have a decent IT department too. It only has gotten worse since the so called upgrade...
