Can you prepay wegoshop?
If you do, will they leave the groceries with bell services?

yes,
They will leave groceries at bell services. I just had to give them a credit card number. They add 10% gratuity to your order. This worked good for us. They called me after the groceries were delivered to tell me how many bags to expect.
