Can you pay for your room booking before you leave with Dreams Ultd

Hi

We are booking ASMo via Dreams unlimited. It sais the balance is due on arrival, but I would like to pay for the room before we arrive. Has anyone does this before. Sorry this is the first time we have used Dreams.

I'm surprised it said the balance is due on arrival. According to our booking with DU, the balance is due to be paid 30 days before as that is the last time you can cancel and receive a full refund.

There is different terms depending on if you book room only or a package, as last year I got a quote for both.

I don't know if you can pay before hand, I would ask your agent.

We have booked a room only package. Beth at Dreams is out of the office until 5th May. I was surprised with that. Beth said its due on arrival :confused

I want to pay this before we go


Disney's cancellation policy allows you to cancel your reservation up to 5 days prior to your arrival at no charge. The balance of your reservation will be due upon arrival.

you could add the tickets to make it a package if it is not possible to pay before you go and then you will pay 30days before however I think the most you can buy is a 10 day hopper so it is not the best option if you are going for 14days and only want to do Disney. I had to be quoted for a 10 day + 5 day hopper and it is not good value as there is little difference in price between the two.

It is not much help to have your agent away, I would of thought they would give you someone else to contact while she was away.

Exactly it is a pain. Its probably not a problem, but I would prefer to have it all paid up front. We have already paid for our tickets. We are only going to US and then its disney and water parks.

I am also worried because if we get delayed and dont end up at the hotel will they give our room away? As long as its paid I know its there waiting for me.

I will have to wait until she gets back. Unless I get Bruce to phone the office.

I hope you don't mind me asking but were you cheaper to reserve your room through Dreams. We are paying £770 just for room for 14 nights at All Stars Movies in Sept for 2 ad 2 ch. If it works out cheaper I would think about them for next time and just book fly drive.

I'm a DU agent, so I'll step in here.

If you booked a room-only reservation, your balance is not due until you arrive.

If you booked a package that includes tickets, your balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Either way, you are welcome to use DU's secure server (or call) to pay your balance in full before you arrive.
