I couldn't think of any other way to word it.

Let's say you have a package booked. Is it possible to overpay on it which would basically create a credit at check out (unless you charge back to your room and use the additional funds up before you check out.

Thanks in advance.:D

Yes..Because so many of us change ressies and codes I have ended up with a credit several times. When you check in mention that you havea credit of( what ever it is) they verify it and it is credited to your room. As you use it it is deducted until you reach a 0 balance. I like to do this as it is like saving a little ahead of time. I have been as high as a 300.00 credit.Never had a problem with this. They have always offered to redo my ressie and send me a check but I have opted to put it on account.

Yup, I've checked in with a credit on my account... however, that situation is quickly reversed as soon as we add room charging privileges :p

I had the FTP last year and when I called to pre-pay I was told I couldn't do it.
