can you order just an appetizer and dessert?

Well, after my day long wait to get through to make my ADRS, I did get a ressie for Le Cellier...three hours after my lunch ressie at Chefs de France! So won't be so hungry, but I really am just dying to try the canadian cheese soup and one of those yummy desserts. Is this ok, or frowned upon?

You can do it without a problem. If you want to experience the whole part of Le Cellier, I would do the complete dinner there. They have their own butcher and the Filet is WONDERFUL!!!! Can you make Chef de France earlier so you can experience both?

I've done just appetizers at many restaurants. The soup is the best thing at Le Cellier, and that's really the only reason I'm going there again next year.

Wonderful! glad to hear some of you also just enjoy apps/desserts as well. I have been dreaming about the soup (especially since I found the "recipe" on these boards and made it myself and it didn't come out so great!). Once the rush dies down in a few days, I will definitely try to call back and maybe make Chefs earlier...but if not, I will go and enjoy my soup! Thank you!
