Can you order a Freestyle Coke choice at a drive-thru?

We have a Wendy's near us that has a Freestyle Coke machine. When we eat in, I always get a diet root beer. This has been my only experience with a Freestyle Coke machine, aside from a furniture store we once went to that had one.

Just wondering if you are allowed to order a drink from the Freestyle Coke machine at the Wendy's (or fast food) drive-thru? Or if it is typically just available for "dine-in" guests?
