You have to call if you want to make any changes to a resort reservation.

i have never been able to make changes to anything online. its usually easy and quick to do when you call though. if the wait is long, i just call back later.

There are a few tricks, if you think it through. Never call when people normally arrive for work or take a lunch hour in all time zones. Never, ever, ever try on a morning when they have announced the next round of discounts.
