...especially if the park is crowded. The day we went to Epcot, there were hardly any crowds and I was easily able to get or modify FPs on TT, Soarin' and Frozen. A couple of days later at AK, crowd levels were at 9 (Touring Plans) and I couldn't get FOP no matter how much I refreshed (although I wasn't glued to my iPhone for hours). The sub folder on FP strategies has a lot of good tips including times of day when it may be easier to nab a headliner. For example, I think around 11 am a lot of people drop or modify their FPs and you may be able to nab something.
